Position: AI-Driven Transformatiemanagement Consultant (WO-student)

Responsibilities

Draag bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze capabilities en proposities.
Werk nauw samen met onze consultants binnen de domeinen Programma-/Transformatiemanagement en AI.
Onderzoek hoe AI kan worden toegepast om Programma- en Transformatiemanagement te versterken.
Verken hoe AI-toepassingen vertaald kunnen worden naar concrete consultancyproposities voor onze klanten.
Definieer je eigen onderzoeks- “sweet spot” binnen het thema Programma-/Transformatiemanagement × AI.

Requirements

Je bent een WO-student in een bedrijfskundige en veranderkundige studierichting.
Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
Proactief, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
Affiniteit met consultancy, met name Business & IT-transformaties.
Sterke interesse in AI-toepassingen en de adoptie van AI binnen professionele dienstverlening.
