Responsibilities
- Install and prepare the computers and software for new employees
- Support Tom Tom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software
- User account management (Active Directory)
- Help internal customers via face‑to‑face, mail, phone, and call tracking system
- Align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team
- Student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses
- Fluent in English
- Troubleshooting skills and eager to learn
- Enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship
