Senior Specialist Technology Solutions (HR Tech)

JP Gray is partnering with a global technology leader to hire a Senior Specialist Technology Solutions professional to drive the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of HR technology products.

In this role, you'll own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap development to solution design, deployment, adoption, and retirement—working closely with HR CoEs, People Operations, IT Services, Security teams, and strategic vendors.

• Define and deliver HR technology roadmaps
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Lead product implementations, releases, and enhancements
• Drive stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, and Operations
• Ensure security, compliance, and architecture standards are met Manage vendor relationships and influence future product innovation
• Drive adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement

• 5+ years' experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or Product Ownership
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
• Experience with Workday and cloud-based HR platforms
• Knowledge of APIs, SaaS, integrations, and enterprise architecture
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English communication skills
