VNOM zoekt een Technisch Service Coördinator die regie verzorgt over WKO-installaties en warmtevoorzieningen binnen grootschalige woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten. Je werkt in een team van specialisten aan optimaal functionerende duurzaamheidssystemen.
Je bent technisch aanspreekpunt, bewaakt SLA en contracten, en stelt offertes op. Daarnaast coördineer je onderaannemers, rapporteert en monitort via BRL-richtlijnen; een modern kantoor in de regio Amsterdam biedt groeimogelijkheden.
