Senior Collibra Developer

Overview

As a Senior Collibra Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and customize enterprise data governance solutions using the Collibra platform
• Develop and maintain Collibra workflows using Groovy scripting to automate governance processes
• Configure and enhance workflow management solutions to support enterprise data governance initiatives
• Build and maintain integrations between Collibra and enterprise platforms such as Service Now, Jira, SailPoint, and other business applications using APIs
• Develop scalable automation solutions to improve metadata management, governance workflows, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with data governance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Configure and optimize Collibra assets, workflows, and governance processes to improve data quality and compliance
• Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize platform performance, and implement continuous improvements
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best practices while supporting Agile delivery methodologies

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development with strong expertise in Collibra
• Hands-on experience developing and customizing Collibra workflows using Groovy scripting
• Strong experience with Workflow Management within the Collibra platform
• Experience integrating Collibra with enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services
• Hands-on integration experience with platforms such as Service Now, Jira, SailPoint, or similar enterprise applications
• Knowledge of Collibra Data Governance capabilities is an advantage
• Experience with metadata management, data governance, and enterprise data management principles
• Familiarity with alternative data governance platforms such as Microsoft Purview or Atakama is beneficial
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
