SCRUM MASTER Hybrid NL

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Scrum Master to join a global client in the IT industry. This role will be responsible for driving Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and coaching teams to continuously improve performance and collaboration within a fast‑paced environment.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile practices and continuous improvement
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with in software development or IT projects is advantageous
• Exposure to other Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, or SAFe
