Lead strategic campaigns and deliver measurable impactAs our Director Paid Social, you will own the strategic direction, creative quality, and commercial growth of your own portfolio of clients. You will be working closely with Digital Growth, our Studio team, and Data & Tech to make sure every Paid Social engagement is grounded in strong strategy, sharp creatives, and smart use of technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic and commercial ownership: You will set the strategic direction and commercial growth plan for Paid Social in the Netherlands, owning key performance, productisation, and revenue targets.
Senior client advisory: You will act as the core strategic advisor and escalation point for our largest and most complex Paid Social accounts, directing everything from brand awareness activities to ROAS-driven performance.
Cross-channel platform innovation: You will be designing sophisticated strategies that connect brand and performance across platforms like Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat, while managing platform relationships to keep clients at the forefront of innovations.
Creative excellence standards: You will establish native-first best practices and creative testing frameworks for hooks and formats, partnering closely with our Studio team to continuously upgrade creative output.
AI integration: You know how to use AI to amplify creative strategy, for creative production, platform automation, insight generation, QA, and reporting to keep the team ahead of platform trends.
Business growth initiatives: You will be shaping proposals, leading pitches, and identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
In our Amsterdam office, you’ll be part of a team made up of specialists across various digital marketing areas like Paid Search, SEO, Content, and Paid Social. This means you’ll be surrounded by experts every day, creating an inspiring environment where knowledge-sharing is at the heart of what we do.
In addition you will also join our international Paid Social team, where you’ll work alongside industry experts, all focused on continuously improving our services and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Experience:
You bring experience within a digital agency environment where you have successfully managed multiple client accounts and dedicated time to coaching and developing specialists.Senior Strategic Expertise: You possess a proven track record of executing Paid Social strategy at a senior level by looking beyond basic metrics to navigate post-iOS
14 attribution challenges and Marketing Mix Modelling to build clear investment cases.Creative Testing Mastery: You thoroughly understand social best practices regarding hook rates and thumb-stop content with the ability to establish testing frameworks and collaborate with creative teams to produce native-first work across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
Technical Platform Proficiency: You demonstrate strong proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, Tik Tok and Pinterest ad platforms.
Affinity for AI technology: You have a genuine interest in emerging tech and hands-on experience with AI‑assisted creative tools and platform automation.
Stakeholder communication: You possess the confidence to lead presentations for clients, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, with proficiency in both Dutch and English.
