Orb, a revenue design platform, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Amsterdam to extend coverage across time zones. You will oversee issues across support tiers, guide customers via Slack and email, and partner with Engineering on production problems.
You should have 3+ years in a technical support role, strong communication, and experience with SQL, AWS, Python or Type Script. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Amsterdam 3 days/week.
