IT-idiots® in Amsterdam zoekt een ervaren Scrum Master om twee multidisciplinaire teams te begeleiden bij hun transitie naar Agile en kwartaalplanning. Je zet ceremonies structureel op en zorgt voor een wekelijkse stand-up en driewekelijkse sprintplanning.
Je werkt aan verandermanagement en datagedreven besluitvorming, met sterke communicatie in het Nederlands. Detachering, 38 uur per week, standplaats Amsterdam/hybride.
