Job Description- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- Act as the functional expert for Service Now CMDB, CSDM, APM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM.
- Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements into well-defined development stories aligned with Service Now Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) best practices.
- Contribute to the Service Now roadmap by leveraging industry experience, customer implementations, and platform capabilities.
- Stay up to date with Service Now innovations and support business adoption of new features and capabilities.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders and translate business needs into functional requirements for the technical team.
- Support the implementation of Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Strong expertise in Service Now CMDB, CSDM, APM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into development stories for implementation.
- Experience delivering 5+ implementations in Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management, and IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Demonstrable understanding of IT4IT principles.
- Dutch language proficiency is mandatory.
