We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer to manage and support a modern digital workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , Intune, and endpoint management, ensuring secure and efficient end-user computing services.

• Configure, administer, and maintain a Microsoft 365 modern workplace environment, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and One Drive.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments for secure and scalable end-user access.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra , including authentication, authorization, Group Policy (GPO), and security policies.
• Manage user identities, access permissions, and compliance in line with Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices.
• Package, deploy, and manage workplace applications.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Manage and secure iOS devices (iPhones and iPads), including application deployment, security policy enforcement, and remote wipe capabilities.
• Ensure endpoint security, device compliance, and application security across the workplace environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, identity management, and endpoint devices.

• 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra .
• Experience managing Group Policies (GPOs), authentication, authorization, and access security.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and endpoint security.
• Experience managing iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Understanding of compliance, security, and endpoint management best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
