perMens zoekt een Medewerker ICT Servicedesk in Amsterdam voor 36 uur per week. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ICT-vragen en storingen en werkt nauw samen met het IT/IS-team aan een veilige en betrouwbare ICT-omgeving voor woonlocaties en kantoren.
Je voert taken uit zoals het installeren en beheren van laptops en telefoons, beheer van accounts en de Uni Fi-netwerkomgeving, en onderhoud van de 3CX-telefooncentrale. Een mbo-4 ICT-diploma, klantgerichtheid en flexibiliteit zijn vereist.
