ING’s Retail Banking Analytics team delivers Analytics and AI products and solutions across the retail banking business, covering areas such as personalisation, mortgages, consumer finance, collections, pricing, and business banking.

• Lead assigned analytics product development in prioritised areas within Retail Banking Analytics
• Extend the product area as it grows
• Identify data problems, prioritise the idea backlog, and design and execute experiments
• Work with Data Scientists and Engineers to assess product ideas, understand user problems, validate concepts, and create prototypes
• Manage data-driven products to generate significant value for ING and its customers
• Create value propositions, product vision, and product strategy
• Develop structured product concepts from abstract ideas and lead prototyping
• Demonstrate thought leadership internally and externally

• Previous experience leading and delivering analytics use cases and products
• 5-7 Years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Understanding of innovation and product management methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking
• Understanding and enthusiasm for technology, advanced analytics, and data science methods
• Nice to have:
  Previous experience and proven knowledge of working in the consumer finance area
