Principal Data Architect

Amsterdam, Netherlands Full-time Remote-friendly

• Set the architectural direction for our largest data engagements.
• Coach senior practitioners and architects across the practice.
• Develop joint reference designs across the leading cloud and AI platforms.
• Lead pre-sales conversations with prospective client CTOs and CDOs.

• 10+ years of data architecture, with at least 3 in a Principal/Lead role.
• Demonstrated experience with at least two of Databricks, Snowflake, Big Query, Microsoft Fabric.
• Deep familiarity with data mesh, lakehouse and modern governance practices.
• Strong client-facing communication and technical writing.

• 1. Intro call (30 min) — Chat with a recruiter.
• 2. Practitioner conversation — Talk craft with a senior on the team.
• 3. Work-sample exercise — Take-home or paired session. Your choice.
• 4. Final loop — Two or three short sessions across team and leadership.

We aim to give a decision within five business days of the final loop.
