Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Part-Time, EMEA — Long-Term Assignment)
An international enterprise operating across the Country region is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex regional IT infrastructure and lifecycle programs. This is a long-term, part-time role (32 hours per week) in a complex international environment that requires a blend of strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
Key responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT infrastructure projects across the Country region.
- Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and success criteria.
- Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting for projects in the mid-market range.
- Drive infrastructure lifecycle initiatives covering network (Cisco), LAN/WAN, servers, workplace technologies, cloud, refreshes, replacements, migrations and deployments.
- Coordinate regional rollouts, office transitions, infrastructure upgrades and technical refresh programs.
- Serve as the interface between technical and infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, regional leadership and global IT functions.
- Maintain transparent project status, including progress, risk registers, dependency mapping and financial reporting.
- Ensure proactive follow-up and issue resolution to deliver projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Facilitate lessons-learned sessions and retrospectives to continuously improve delivery practices.
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years managing complex infrastructure programs in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record managing IT project budgets in the multi-million euro range.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple concurrent infrastructure and lifecycle projects.
- Technical familiarity with Cisco networking, LAN/WAN, connectivity, servers, workplace technologies, cloud services and infrastructure refresh/migration activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Pragmatic, hands‑on, results‑oriented approach with efficient administrative overhead.
- Experience in complex international or enterprise organizations; background in retail, logistics, manufacturing or similar sectors is advantageous.
- Fluent English communication skills.

- Refreshes, migrations and deployments across regional estates
- MS Project, Jira, Excel and project/budget reporting dashboards
