HEMA zoekt een ervaren professional die processen ontwerpt en continue verbetert binnen Inkoop en Supply Chain in een Europese context. Je sluit processen, systemen en data naadloos op elkaar aan met IT- en digitale teams en begeleidt implementaties van nieuwe technologieën en tooling.
Je analyseert KPI's, ontwikkelt documentatie en trainingen, en faciliteert workshops om knelpunten te identificeren. Ervaring met Lean/Six Sigma en BPM is een belangrijke basis voor deze rol.
