We are seeking an experienced Cyber Ark Specialist L3 to support enterprise‑grade Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations. This role focuses on Cyber Ark PAS core components, account onboarding, upgrades, DR/HA operations, and IAM integrations. You will work closely with project teams, security architects, and operations groups to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available PAM services.

This position is ideal for a senior Cyber Ark engineer with strong hands‑on experience across PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, DR/HA, and integration with AD, LDAP, MFA, SAML, and Azure SSO.

• Manage and maintain Cyber Ark PAS Core Components
  : PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP.
• Perform Cyber Ark version upgrades
  , patching, and rollback activities.
• Execute DR operations
  , including failover and failback procedures.
• Ensure high availability and operational stability of PAM services.

• Onboard Windows, Linux, Database, Application, and Service accounts
  .
• Administer Safes, platforms, policies, and access controls.
• Support onboarding for Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Sybase, and other enterprise databases.

• Integrate Cyber Ark with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SAML, Azure SSO
  .
• Customize connection components and plugins (added advantage).
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Generate operational reports and compliance dashboards.
• Collaborate with project teams on PAM design, deployment, and enhancements.
• Provide L3 support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• 6–10 years of experience in Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management
  .
• Strong hands‑on experience with PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP
  .
• Expertise in account onboarding and Safe administration.
• Experience with Cyber Ark upgrades
  , patching, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of DR/HA configurations and failover strategies.
• IAM integration experience:
  AD, LDAP, MFA, SAML, Azure SSO
  .
• Database onboarding experience (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Sybase).
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

• Knowledge of Cyber Ark AAM and API automation
  .
• Experience customizing connection components and plugins.
• Cyber Ark Defender certification (Preferred).
• Graduate/Post‑Graduate degree in IT or Cybersecurity.
