We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in Mark Logic No

SQL
, multi-model data engineering, and enterprise-grade integration. This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands‑on development capability, and the ability to collaborate closely with IT architects, business teams, and multi-disciplinary delivery groups.

• Lead development initiatives using Mark Logic No
  
  SQL
  , multi-model data modeling, and advanced data integration patterns.
• Design and implement solutions using XQuery, XSLT, XML, XSS, Java Script .
• Align application development with business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct workshops to translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
• Collaborate with IT System Architects and business teams to define risks, guidelines, and solution approaches.
• Propose and drive execution of solutions for structural IT challenges.
• Contribute to the definition and creation of the IT roadmap
  , shaping epics and features for both short-term and long-term delivery.
• Work with Dev Ops tools such as Git Lab, JFrog, Terraform scripts, Helm
  , and support CI/CD best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality engineering standards.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong technical expertise with Mark Logic No
  
  SQL
  , multi-model data modeling, and data integration.
• Hands‑on experience with XQuery, XSLT, XML, XSS, Java Script .
• Proficiency in Java and Node.js
  .
• Experience with Dev Ops tools:
  Git Lab, JFrog, Terraform, Helm
  .
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration abilities.
• Proven experience aligning application development with business needs.
• Ability to lead workshops and guide teams through complex IT requirements.
