ViVa! Zorggroep in Noord-Holland zoekt een ICT Servicedesk Medewerker. Je bent hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s bij ICT-vragen en problemen en werkt via telefoon, e-mail, tickets en aan de balie.
Je ondersteunt bij applicaties, richt laptops en smartphones in, en bezoekt af en toe zorglocaties voor persoonlijke ondersteuning. Je zit in een bereikbaarheidsrooster en draait ongeveer één keer per twee maanden buiten werktijden.
