From its central Amsterdam location, the organization develops strategies and provides services that drive brand growth, retail excellence, and international expansion.

• Tackle real-world data challenges across 50+ countries by collecting, cleaning, transforming, and wrangling datasets with varying structures, quality, formats, languages, and definitions
• Build scalable data pipelines and transformation processes to handle growing data volumes and support analytics across 50+ countries
• Work with Microsoft Fabric to build and manage modern data workflows, including data pipelines, Lakehouse environments, notebooks, and Power BI
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports that make complex data accessible to different audiences
• Experiment with machine learning and AI techniques with a supervisor to uncover patterns, automate processes, and develop new analytical solutions

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Have 1-3 years of work experience
• Know Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Understand the process of creating reports in Power BI
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
• Be self-motivated and able to work responsibly
• Have strong analytical thinking skills
• Be an excellent communicator and team player
• Be creative and able to view data from different perspectives
• Work independently while collaborating with colleagues
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of AI concepts and their application in business contexts, familiarity with PySpark, understanding of data modelling for dashboards, experience with machine learning techniques
