React developer customer communications

• Innovate and maintain a complex system that processes all customer communications
• Build a robust and user-friendly GUI for new communication processes
• Address challenges such as autoscaling, migration to AWS, and implementation of new features
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to continuously deliver value

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of React, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML, and CSS
• Know state management such as Redux and testing such as Jest
• Use Git confidently
• Be familiar with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Have a T-shaped profile with an interest in back-end development and basic Python/Django knowledge, or willingness to learn
• Have a passion for building user-friendly interfaces and knowledge of UX design principles
• Be a team player with a clear vision, strong communication skills, high standards for code and documentation, and natural curiosity
• Be results-oriented and resilient when facing difficulties
• Seek ways to improve collaboration
  
  Be willing to work physically with the team at least once a week
• Be familiar with agile methodologies and working in partially remote teams
• Have full command of Dutch to communicate with Dutch stakeholders
• Nice to have: experience with Vue and/or Nuxt, experience with AWS, full-stack development experience or flexibility to learn other technologies
