Waternet zoekt een Incident Manager/Configuration Manager voor 36 uur per week in Amsterdam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten en bewaken van incident-, change- en problem-processen en voor een feilloze afstemming bij major incidents.
Je werkt nauw samen met operationele teams en management, analyseert oorzaken en stuurt op continue verbetering. Vereist HBO-niveau, ITIL-kennis, Top Desk ervaring en uitstekende Nederlandse taalbeheersing.
