Ayvens is seeking an experienced Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) & Cybersecurity Transformation in Amsterdam. You will lead GRC activities and drive the cybersecurity integration following the ALD-Lease Plan merger, aligning with SG Group standards and regulatory requirements.
You will strengthen governance, manage risk and compliance, and oversee a large-scale transformation to support the future cybersecurity operating model at Ayvens.
