Digital Media Investment Analyst

This role focuses on the digital side of the media investment: programmatic, social, search and video. Where the reporting shows green and the real question is what was actually delivered. You work on the advertiser's side and ask platforms and agencies the questions that are rarely asked.

• Test digital delivery against what was bought and invoiced.
• Set and hold definitions: which viewability standard, measured or modelled reach, frequency per platform or across the audience.
• Put platform reporting next to independent measurement.
• Examine what sits inside the reported price and what falls outside it.
• Contribute to the digital chapters of selections and audit reports.

• A few years in paid digital media, for example as a trader, planner, analyst or at an adtech company.
• You know how the buying chain works and where the margins can sit.
• You are curious about what a number means and not satisfied with a dashboard that shows green.
• You expect the tooling to do the counting, so your time goes to interpretation.

• The move from executing to checking, with the knowledge you already have.
• Work on the advertiser's side, with no trading interest.
• Influence on the method we use to assess digital delivery.
• Flexible working from our Amsterdam or Jakarta base, with room to work partly remotely.
