Telecom E2E Test Manager

As a Telecom E2E Test Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across complex telecom/network environments, ensuring quality, scope, timelines, and delivery objectives are met.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution schedules.
• Coordinate testing across multiple teams, including development, integration, network, business, vendors, and operations.
• Manage SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, integration, and system validation activities.
• Ensure end-to-end validation of telecom services, applications, interfaces, and network components.
• Monitor test execution, defect management, test coverage, risks, dependencies, and overall quality metrics.
• Act as the central point of contact for testing activities and provide regular status updates to project and senior stakeholders.
• Drive defect triage, root-cause analysis, resolution, and escalation of critical testing issues.
• Ensure test environments, test data, tools, and dependencies are available and ready for execution.
• Support Go/No-Go and production readiness decisions by providing clear test results, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
• Promote testing best practices, automation, continuous improvement, and effective test governance.

• 8+ years of overall experience in Software Testing, Test Management, or Quality Assurance, preferably within the Telecom/Telecommunications domain.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end testing for complex telecom projects and enterprise systems.
• Strong experience across SIT, E2E, UAT, Integration, Regression, and System Testing.
• Strong understanding of telecom applications, services, interfaces, and end-to-end service flows.
• Experience in test strategy, test planning, execution management, defect management, reporting, and test governance.
• Experience working with test and defect management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, ALM, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination experience across technical and business teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Manage multiple testing work streams and coordinate end-to-end testing across cross-functional teams.
• Develop practical test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Lead test execution, defect triage, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate effectively with development, integration, network, business, and vendor teams.
• Identify testing risks and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Prepare accurate test dashboards, status reports, quality metrics, and management updates.
• Support Go-Live readiness and provide testing inputs for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, governance, and automation.
