As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will:

• Translate business needs into clear IT requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analyse and improve Daily Banking processes covering savings accounts, current accounts, payments, cards, and online/mobile banking.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and solution architects to define effective solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and business validation activities.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and align with Dutch banking regulations and applicable standards.
• Identify process gaps, business issues, and improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive business and technical documentation.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of business and functional issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• 6-8 years of overall experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Daily Banking, including savings, current accounts, payments, cards, and digital/online/mobile banking.
• Good understanding of the Banking and Financial Technology domain.
• Proven experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, user stories, process analysis, and solution definition.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and architects.
• Strong experience facilitating workshops and supporting testing and solution implementation.
• Good understanding of Dutch banking regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and time management skills.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

• Analyse complex Daily Banking processes and translate them into clear IT requirements.
• Understand business needs and convert them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and effectively manage discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to effective digital banking solutions.
• Work closely with development and architecture teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and business validation.
• Manage priorities, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
