• Manage and further develop product apps, coordinate with external developers, and ensure smooth releases and continuous improvements
• Gather requirements, align stakeholders, and translate business needs into practical solutions
• Support digital projects end-to-end, from ideation and prioritization to delivery and adoption
• Monitor performance, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve user experience and functionality
• Improve processes, tools, and ways of working across digital teams
• Support testing, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery of digital solutions

• Work in a structured and proactive way at the intersection of business and IT
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar Product, Business Analysis, or Digital Projects role
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have a hands-on mindset and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
• Be comfortable in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Nice to have: experience with digital tools or IT delivery processes
