We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant – IFS Applications / IFS Cloud to support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of IFS solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into effective IFS solutions. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and gap analysis through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within IFS.
• Configure and customize IFS modules according to business requirements and best practices.
• Work across relevant IFS modules, including:
  • Enterprise Asset Management
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing
  • Maintenance
  • Projects
  • HCM / HR
  • CRM
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical consultants.
• Participate in all phases of IFS implementation projects, including:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Business process analysis
  • Gap analysis
  • System configuration
  • Testing and UAT
  • Training
  • Go-live support
  • Post-go-live support
• Lead workshops and deliver functional demonstrations to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with IFS Cloud functionality, product developments, and future roadmaps.
• Advise stakeholders on potential system enhancements and improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud

• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle IFS Cloud implementations
  .
• Strong understanding of core business processes, particularly:
  • Finance
  • HCM / HR
  • Manufacturing
  • Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Maintenance
• Strong experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional IFS solutions.
• Fluent/professional Dutch and English

• Experience working closely with technical teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders.

• IFS certification.
• Experience with the IFS Aurena interface.
• Familiarity with the IFS mobile application suite
  .
• Experience in the utilities industry
  .
• Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
• Experience with IFS Cloud integrations, data migration, and reporting.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on IFS professional who combines strong ERP consulting experience with a solid understanding of business processes. You should be comfortable communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders and have proven experience delivering IFS Cloud implementations from requirements through go-live and support.
