Role Overview

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking UX Designer with strong experience in user experience design, user research, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate can confidently collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct research, and deliver high-quality UX outputs while engaging stakeholders in Dutch.

• Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for digital products.
• Translate business requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ensure designs align with usability standards and best practices.

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
• Present findings to stakeholders in Dutch.

• Communicate effectively with business, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions, gather requirements, and align expectations.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently.

• Proven experience in User Experience (UX) Design

• Strong background in User Research

• Excellent communication skills
