• Deliver in-depth 360° SEO audits covering traditional search engines, social search, GEO, and marketplaces
• Develop effective SEO strategies for clients
• Determine and perform the analyses needed to identify growth opportunities for existing clients and prospects
• Combine technical audits, content gap analyses, user intent research, and competitor strategies into strategic recommendations
• Monitor the technical health of websites and collaborate with developers on platform improvements
• Track results and report them to clients
• Use tools such as GSC, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, Conductor, Screaming Frog, Majestic, and advanced AI tools
• Stay current with developments such as E-E-A-T and GEO and share knowledge with the team
• Build AI assistants and use the proprietary Bonzai AI tool to improve work efficiency
• Guide complex SEO migrations from start to finish without losing valuable traffic
• Participate actively in pitches and new business processes by translating SEO opportunities into tangible business value
• Translate complex SEO/GEO issues into clear business objectives and accessible language aligned with clients' commercial goals
• Join advisory conversations and identify valuable opportunities for clients through commercial insight
• Collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines to optimize landing pages for organic conversions and align SEO and SEA keyword strategies

• At least 6 years of professional experience in SEO, preferably in an agency environment
• Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in communications, marketing, or commercial economics
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive communication with clients and colleagues
• Ability to think strategically and outside the box
• Strong data skills and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data analyses
• Diagnostic mindset and ability to identify the root causes of SEO problems
• Ability to prioritize high-value opportunities and allocate resources strategically
• Ability to combine technical SEO, content gaps, user intent, competitor analysis, and business objectives into one coherent view
• Ability to switch quickly between technical, content, UX, and commercial perspectives
• Clear vision of the evolution of search, including AI, LLMs, and voice search, and ability to translate developments into strategic client opportunities
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
• Nice to have:
