Global Data Analytics Co delivers data and analytics initiatives that connect technical delivery with business outcomes for global stakeholders.

• Own and drive analysis for an in-flight project while protecting quality and outcomes
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and maintain alignment from discovery through delivery
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to clarify scope, priorities, decisions, and ownership
• Produce documentation and analysis artefacts for business and technical audiences
• Partner with global teams to manage dependencies, handoffs, and expectations across time zones and functions
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly and document decisions
• Connect delivered work to measurable business benefits and customer impact

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role delivering data and analytics initiatives
• Strong logistics domain background and ability to engage with logistics stakeholders
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work hybrid in Amsterdam
• Experience working in a global delivery model with distributed teams and stakeholders
• Tech stack-agnostic mindset with strong analytical thinking and pragmatic problem solving
• Demonstrated success accelerating delivery while maintaining quality in a global delivery model
• Strong examples of credibility, engagement, and clear communication with senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• Nice to have: experience improving delivery speed and quality in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, strong stakeholder management with a track record of influencing without authority, experience in environments where customer feedback and delivery metrics are key success measures.
