Role:
Project Manager – Horizontal Program Team

The Project Manager is responsible for governance and project‑management initiatives within the Horizontal program team. The role partners with various teams across the department to facilitate work between business units, centralised functions, and external stakeholders. The Project Manager supports teams in scoping and planning projects, documenting goals, KPIs, roadmaps and key deliverables, ensuring consistent project management, mitigating risks and dependencies, and delivering projects in line with agreed business priorities and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Apply structured methodology and lead project and change‑management activities

Own successful delivery of the end‑to‑end project lifecycle

Lead low to medium complexity, cross‑functional projects with global impact (with supervision)

Apply change‑management tools and processes to support adoption of project outcomes

Engage and influence stakeholders up to Director level

Collaborate with business units and corporate support teams to drive enterprise strategy execution

Contribute to project scoping and planning (goals, KPIs, roadmap, deliverables)

Track and report progress; create clear planning documentation

Ensure proper project closure and handover to Business as Usual

Manage risks, dependencies and external vendors where applicable

Required Experience

Strong SAP experience, preferably S/4

HANA and RISE

Finance domain experience

ERP implementation experience

Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
