Job Description ## The role

You'll join a lean team (Delivery Manager, Architect, OTC, Finance, master data, an SCM Consultant, and one existing DTC Consultant) currently stretched thin, and take ownership of DTC/retail process design and configuration in SAP S/4

HANA. You'll work closely with the business, EDI consultants and developers — no coding required, but strong configuration and process expertise is essential. Success looks like: the separation running smoothly on the DTC/retail side, POS and e‐commerce integrations delivered, and internal teams equipped to run independently after the engagement.##What you will do  Configure and support DTC/retail processes in SAP S/4

HANA, with a focus on SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) and its integration with point-of-sale systems.  Support the Magento–SAP–Warehouse integration, ensuring e‐commerce orders flow correctly into SAP and downstream fulfilment.  Work alongside EDI consultants and developers on integrations running through CPI/BTP  Contribute to the entity separation project, ensuring DTC and retail processes are correctly split and configured for the brand as a standalone entity.  

Manage business stakeholder communication across regions##What you bring  5+ years of SAP experience, including at least one full SAP S/4

HANA implementation, with a clear focus on DTC/retail processes.  Working knowledge of SAP CAR, including its integration with POS systems — configuration-level, not development.  

Experience with retail and store sales processes, and e‐commerce integration (Magento or comparable platforms) into SAP.  Comfortable working independently with high ownership and confidence, given the current team's limited bandwidth.  Strong stakeholder management skills — able to liaise fluently with business, developers and EDI consultants.  Experience in fashion or general retail (e.g. grocery/FMCG retail brands)  English fluency  Available ASAP, within 1 month.##Nice
