Key Responsibilities

Lead the Product team within the New Customer Squad, managing two developers and a UX designer.

Own the roadmap and OKRs for the New Customer squad, aligned with founders and other product leads.

Conduct research into customer needs, gathering input from Sales and Customer Success, and analyzing funnel data.

Design and optimize a SaaS‑style B2B sales funnel: signup flows, onboarding, activation, pricing and packaging experiments, and conversion optimization.

Make strategic decisions based on impact for customers and the business.

Think AI first: redefine processes with AI and orchestrate AI agents.

Translate initiatives into concrete tickets, test new features, measure results, and prepare improvements.

Bring releases to market: release notes, enabling Sales to pitch new features, and ensuring Support can troubleshoot.
