This is a high-impact opportunity sitting at the intersection of AI, business transformation, digital innovation, and stakeholder engagement. The role will focus on turning AI strategy into practical execution across multiple regions and business functions.
The business is investing heavily in emerging technologies and is looking for someone who can help identify scalable AI opportunities, drive adoption, and support the development of a structured AI operating model across the organisation.
This is NOT a pure Data Science or AI Engineering role.
Instead, the business is looking for someone with strong experience leading cross-functional digital, automation, transformation, or AI-enabled initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Identifying and shaping AI opportunities into clear business cases and delivery plans
Working closely with technical and engineering teams to move concepts into execution
Supporting AI governance, enablement, and adoption across the organisation
Driving collaboration across international teams and stakeholder groups
Developing AI playbooks, frameworks, best practices, and enablement resources
Helping surface scalable AI use cases across multiple business functions
Supporting pilot projects, lightweight prototypes, and workflow automation initiatives
The successful candidate will likely come from a background in:
AI Enablement
Digital Transformation
Emerging Technology
Product or Programme Delivery
Enterprise Technology Consulting
Key experience required:
Experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience delivering digital, automation, or AI-enabled solutions
Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes
Comfortable operating within large, matrixed organisations
Adaptable, proactive, and commercially minded approach
