From their headquarters in Amsterdam, a passionate team of professionals works on innovation and optimization within the industry. The Function: ICT Specialist As an ICT Specialist , you are responsible for managing and optimizing the IT environment within the organization. You ensure that applications, systems and integrations function smoothly and contribute to digital innovation .
Application Management & IT Support:
Monitor the performance and availability of various systems, including ERP (Exact Globe) , WMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms.
Project leadership & innovation:
Implementing IT transitions and digital optimizations .
Analysis & Troubleshooting:
Hands-on failure analysis, resolution or escalation to vendors.
Strategic consulting & implementation:
Advising on new software, outsourcing and process optimization.
IT Architecture & Documentation:
Establish and maintain sound IT structure and system integrations.
Supplier Management & Budget Monitoring:
Negotiate with suppliers and manage IT costs.
Your Profile HBO/WO working and thinking level , with experience in application management & IT processes .
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Exact Globe) and integrations with WMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms.
