Задачи:
Represent SQLI’s values and culture to prospective and new clients
Map decision-making units and communicate the value of SQLI’s services
Generate a healthy and balanced pipeline by collaborating with Technology Partners, Service lines, and the marketing team
Initiate the bid management process and coordinate pre-sales colleagues in preparing commercial proposals
Develop a successful outreach strategy with the Business Development Representative, including cold acquisition
Develop new propositions that drive SQLI’s growth and position it as a vendor-agnostic strategic partner
Требования:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a commercial field, business administration, or equivalent work experience
Passion for digital solutions and driving customer success
Proven sales track record with medium-sized to large enterprise accounts
Strong understanding of business, technology, and customer challenges
Thorough understanding of digital, e-business, master data management, digital strategy, and engagement
At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the digital or IT domain
Proactive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, and eager to achieve results
Strong team-player skills and a growth mindset
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
