Position: Sap Advanced Business Application Programming Technical Consultant
Support our clients with their global HR Payroll initiatives, issues, and projects.
We are seeking a Technical Implementation  Consultant SAP  who is up for a new challenge, wants to expand their scope and knowledge and has an appetite for adventure. In this role, you will be part of an agile team with one of our major partners.

As a Technical Implementation  Consultant SAP , your main duties will include:
Translating Business Needs:
Convert business requirements into precise configuration requirements and technical specifications.
Configure the SAP system according to the agreed business blueprint, including setting up schemas, calculation rules, and links with social and health insurance.
SAP Customization:
Apply legal rules to SAP configurations using the appropriate infotypes.
Cutover Execution:
Collaborate with data migration teams to execute a seamless cutover plan.
Hypercare Support:
Provide ongoing support after go-live to ensure system stability and client satisfaction.

Establish and manage links between wage types, General Ledger (GL) accounts, and cost centers.
We ask:
Extensive experience in SAP system configuration, technical design, and implementation.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proven experience in facilitating client workshops and managing stakeholder communication.
Expertise in data migration, testing phases, and cutover execution.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.
Ability to provide effective post-implementation support.
