Key Responsibilities   Lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders, business units, and work streams, managing scope, legacy migrations, and custom integration requirements
Modify standard onboarding methodologies to fit unique enterprise client profiles
Lead complex interactive workshops with customers for deep requirement gathering
Advise global brands on taxonomy, metadata structures, and cross-functional DAM governance models
Lead the adoption of AI tools to scale enterprise workflows, such as automating complex metadata mapping or multi-language content migration
Directly influence Bynder's enterprise reputation and global Net Retention targets by driving rapid time-to-value
Identify qualified high-ARR expansion leads and pass them to Sales
Serve as an internal champion, collaborating with Product and Engineering Teams to document, prioritize, and resolve complex implementation issues
Secure high-quality enterprise G2 reviews and client advocacy milestones
Orchestrate resources across Product, Engineering, and Sales to solve custom enterprise needs
Forecast resource requirements, monitor project budgets and supporting team effort
Maintain flawless project data hygiene within internal tracking systems like Kantata (Mavenlink), Jira, Catalyst, and Salesforce
