Senior Machine Learning Scientist - GenAI Applications
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to design, develop, and scale GenAI‑powered applications and intelligent AI agents.
Key Responsibilities- Design, train, fine‑tune, and evaluate ML and Generative AI models.
- Develop scalable AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, CV, and agentic architectures.
- Analyze model performance, experimentation metrics, and data quality.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional teams to deploy production‑ready ML systems.
- Build reusable, scalable, and high‑quality ML frameworks and pipelines.
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and/or Computer Vision.
- Hands‑on experience with large‑scale ML model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
- MSc with 3+ years or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience in ML/AI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
