Systems Administrator, Cloud Computing: Infrastructure & Operations, Azure, IT Infrastructure
We are expanding rapidly and are working on several cutting technologies in the field of Embedded, A.I. and Cloud. We have some of the best in the industry working for us and are looking for bright minds to join us.
The roleWe are looking for an IT Operations Engineer (junior to medior level) to keep our internal IT and our platform infrastructure running smoothly and reliably. You will work at the intersection of classic IT administration and modern cloud operations: one day you are provisioning a new colleague’s laptop and managing access, the next you are troubleshooting a service in Azure, running an Ansible playbook or reading through a monitoring dashboard.
This is a broad, hands‑on role with plenty of room to grow. You do not need to be an expert in every tool listed below — we are looking for someone with solid foundations, a troubleshooting mindset and the curiosity to learn. We will provide you with the context, mentoring and the tools to develop quickly.
- Keep our infrastructure healthy — monitor systems and services, spot issues early and resolve them, escalating where needed.
- Support IT administration — manage user access, provision servers and laptops, and apply security basics across the organization.
- Operate in the cloud — provision and adjust basic resources in Microsoft Azure and help keep our environment tidy and well‑governed.
- Automate and maintain* — run and troubleshoot existing Ansible playbooks and Azure Dev Ops pipelines, and help improve them over time.
- Troubleshoot end to end* — diagnose connectivity, service and permission issues using logs and standard command‑line tools.
* These are topics you can develop and grow into.
Your knowledge and interest Systems & infrastructure- Familiarity with the Linux command line for file system navigation and process management.
- Knowledge of foundational networking and the ability to use common troubleshooting tools
- Ability to diagnose basic issues using logs and standard CLI tools.
- Familiarity with configuration management systems (Ansible).
- Awareness of monitoring concepts.
- Automation with Azure Dev Ops.
- Familiarity with core Azure Cloud services.
- Ability to perform day‑to‑day IT administration (user management, server and laptop provisioning, security basics).
- Understanding of Docker concepts (nice to have): images, containers and registries
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch (nice to have): able to search and visualize data and read dashboards.
Someone who fits the way we work, beyond the technical skills. As much as the tools, this is what makes the difference in the role:
- Structured — you organize your work and keep an overview, even when several things need attention at once.
- Able to prioritize — you can judge what matters most and focus your time where it has the biggest impact.
- Independent and driven — you take ownership, push tasks forward without waiting to be chased, and are committed to seeing them through to completion.
- Hands‑on — you are happy to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details where needed.
- Communication — in this role you communicate with many people in and outside the organisation through e‑mail and chat.
- Willing to travel — you are open to occasional travel abroad to visit our European projects.
