What the position offers you:  To support our growth in the Service Now Business Group in the Netherlands , we are looking for Service Now Consultant s. As a Service Now Consultant you will be part of an innovative team, working to define and deploy world class customer solutions using the Service Now platform.
Service Now Business Consultant provides process and functional expertise as a consulting service to clients; contributing to the design and delivery of Service Now solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, demonstrations, business focused testing and training. You will develop and demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills in Service Now as an enterprise solution .

Job Specifics/Responsibilities   You will be a part of a team of Service Now specialists delivering Service Now solutions to multiple customers.
Leading workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and finally the proposed solution.
Building client understanding of Service Now functionality and presenting to a high standard of quality, including customers demonstration, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions
Mentoring and training more junior members of the team
Producing documentation and training material for the implemented solutions; training the client
Effective problem solver with ability to examine and re-engineer processes, procedures and practices
Working Relationships  Internal   Service Now Solution Consultants
Service Now Project Managers
Service Now Architects
( Technical ) Consultants
External   Main stakeholders such as CTOs, customer architects, Product Owners
Customer developers and IT technical staff
Service Now support team and Technical Experts
What You Bring With You  Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Bachelor/master degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three or more years of relevant work experience within the Service Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, Sec Ops, HRSD and/or other areas in Service Now)
E xperience in consulting external customers
Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks like Dev Ops, IT4IT,…
