L3 Support Engineer (SOPs & Runbooks) - Permanent

As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a L3 Support Engineer to join their team based in Amsterdam. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional in the data centre sector to advance their career within a globally recognised environment.

What you’ll do:

Own the documentation standard used by all L3 teams: templates, quality bar, ownership, approval workflow and review cycles.
Build and maintain the SOP, runbook, troubleshooting guide and error-code library.
Join L3 and RnD investigations to capture symptoms, root causes, evidence, resolutions and preventive actions.
Write repeatable procedures and layer the content so L1 gets exact steps and safeguards while L3 can reach the deeper diagnostic detail.
Validate procedures end to end, have L1 and L2 technicians run them without coaching, and fix what makes them hesitate.

What you’ll need:

Strong hands-on experience with datacenter servers and Linux troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of server hardware, BIOS/BMC firmware and out-of-band management (IPMI, Redfish or similar).
A record of writing runbooks, SOPs or troubleshooting guides that operations teams actually used.
Strong working knowledge of Atlassian Confluence.
Clear, structured written English for readers at different technical levels.
