Key Responsibilities

As part of our observability‑focused engineering community, you’ll contribute to initiatives that improve visibility, reliability, and performance across modern IT landscapes. Depending on your role and expertise, you may focus on:

Supporting and scaling Dynatrace implementations across cloud and hybrid environments.

Enabling observability best practices across infrastructure, applications, and services.

Defining or validating SLIs, SLOs, alerting thresholds, and anomaly detection strategies.

Automating observability configuration and monitoring workflows through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure Dev Ops/ AWS).

Integrating monitoring insights into incident and change processes, often using tools like Service Now.

Delivering actionable dashboards, alerts, and performance reports for a wide range of stakeholders.

Collaborating with Dev Ops, SRE, or platform teams to embed observability into the software delivery lifecycle.

Sharing knowledge and improving observability maturity across engineering teams.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience.

Advanced  proficiency in the English Language  (at least B2 in speaking, writing, listening, and reading).

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Dynatrace certification is required (Associate or Professional level).

Strong experience implementing and configuring Dynatrace in production environments.

Experience working with Azure Dev Ops (pipelines, integration, deployment automation).

Familiarity with ITSM tooling such as Service Now or Jira.

Understanding of key observability concepts: metrics, logs, traces, SLIs, SLOs, AIOps.

Scripting knowledge (e.g., Power Shell, Python, or YAML) is a strong plus.

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross‑functional engineering teams.

Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical observability needs into clear actions.
