Business Strategy Consultant – M&A

Our Global M&A practice combines business and technology expertise, providing services along the entire M&A transaction lifecycle. As our team member you will have an opportunity to serve clients across industries and geographies.

The work You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams primarily on:
Due diligence projects, ranging from commercial and operational, to IT and technology due diligence Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute integration phases across all functions (IT, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, etc.) Carve-outs and divestures where you will take part in the planning and execution of separation activities Joint ventures and alliances, helping our clients choose and implement their desired operating model for the partnership

• Graduate degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or comparable fields
• 3-6 years of M&A consulting / strategy consulting experience
• Strong interest in Technology and AI
• Fluent in English, Fluency in Dutch is an advantage
• Willing to travel
