Key Responsibilities

Configuring and customizing the following Service Now Sec Ops modules:
Security Incident Response (SIR)
Vulnerability Response (VR)
Threat Intelligence (TI)
Configuration Compliance (CC)
Designing and implementing flows, scripts and automations to improve security operations
Developing and maintaining integrations between Service Now and third‑party security platforms, tools and APIs
Providing day-to-day operational support for Service Now Sec Ops functionalities
Monitoring and safeguarding the stability and performance of the platform
Testing and debugging Service Now applications, flows, scripts and integrations
Supporting Service Now platform upgrades while minimizing disruption to security operations
Developing custom Service Now applications and platform enhancements
Contributing to the Service Now CI/CD process
Collaborating with security, infrastructure, development and IT operations teams

Requirements
You are a hands-on Service Now specialist who combines strong development skills with a solid understanding of cybersecurity operations. You are comfortable taking ownership of technical solutions and can translate security requirements into stable and scalable Service Now implementations.
You work accurately, proactively identify opportunities for improvement and are able to collaborate effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders.
A valid Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

5+ years of professional Service Now development experience, including strong hands-on experience with Service Now Sec Ops modules.
Strong English communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of:
Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence (TI) and Configuration Compliance (CC)
Strong Service Now development experience using JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Experience with Flow Designer, Service Now Studio and Integration Hub
Hands‑on experience integrating Service Now with external security platforms, tools and APIs
Experience working with vulnerability scanners and vulnerability data
Strong knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management and compliance frameworks
Experience developing custom Service Now applications

Experience with Service Now CI/CD pipelines
A solid understanding of ITIL processes and Service Now ITSM functionalities
Strong troubleshooting, testing and debugging skills
