About the roleWe are hiring a Head of Product. You will own the product portfolio and activation, from how employees discover Open Up to how they keep using it, and work with the Head of Engineering and Lead Designer on how it gets built. You will spend part of your time setting direction and part of it hands‑on with your team, close to the work and to our clients.

- Champion AI-native product development. Set the bar for how the team uses AI to research, prototype and build, and know how to tell whether an AI product is actually getting better.
- Lead a senior team. Product managers, content operations and services specialists.

You are as comfortable in a commercial conversation as a technical one, and you are at your best close to both the customer and the team.
- A systems thinker. You design the mechanism rather than chasing results by hand. You can go deep into an unfamiliar problem, then step back and set strategy from many inputs.
- Commercially minded. You have carried a number, such as retention, renewals or revenue per account. You can build and adapt the roadmap as a portfolio of bets.
- Decisive. You prioritize incomplete…
