• Provide hands-on application support and administration for One Stream XF.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial reporting, and consolidation processes within One Stream.
• Manage and troubleshoot workflows, data loads, business rules, calculations, allocations, dimensions, cubes, and reporting.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to resolve financial data and application issues.
• Perform SQL-based troubleshooting and investigate data-related issues.
• Support metadata management, security administration, user provisioning, and access controls.
• Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and financial data flows between source systems and One Stream.
• Handle incidents, service requests, change management, testing, and release validation activities.
• Support finance and business stakeholders during budgeting, planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to investigate and resolve application and data issues.
• Contribute to application stability, process improvements, and effective One Stream support operations.
• Support data loading and reporting activities using Board EPM where applicable.

• 8-10 years of overall professional experience in financial planning, forecasting, EPM, application support, or related functional consulting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in One Stream XF application support and administration.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Experience working with One Stream workflows, data loads, business rules, calculations, allocations, dimensions, cubes, and reporting.
• Experience with data validation, financial reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with metadata management, security administration, user provisioning, and access controls.
• Experience monitoring integrations, batch jobs, and financial data flows between source systems and One Stream.
• Experience handling incidents, service requests, change management, testing, and release validation.
• Strong understanding of financial data and planning processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Board EPM for data loading and reporting support is desirable.

• Administer and support One Stream XF applications in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot complex One Stream application, workflow, calculation, data load, and reporting issues.
• Support end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Use SQL effectively for data investigation and troubleshooting.
• Manage metadata, dimensions, security, user access, and provisioning activities.
