- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining operational governance, process documentation, CMDB data quality controls, and continuous service improvement initiatives supporting OT service delivery. Ensures processes are standardized, documented, auditable, and aligned with organizational governance requirements while improving CMDB completeness and accuracy.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve operational procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Create and manage L5 documentation, SOPs, governance records, and operational process artifacts.
- Maintain process repositories, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
- Define and monitor CMDB data quality metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Lead initiatives to improve CMDB completeness, accuracy, and data quality.
- Support governance reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Document and optimize Service Now and Plan-on operational workflows and service processes.
- Support KPI reporting, dashboard development, and operational performance reviews.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with organizational standards, controls, and governance requirements
