We are hiring a PIM & Content Data Specialist to be part of our PLB Marketing & Content Team, based in Amsterdam.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that product information, content data, and system integrations support the timely and accurate delivery of PLB content across the INTERSPORT network.

You will join a global Content Team of four specialists covering content strategy, content operations, e-commerce content, and product data management. Working closely with colleagues across Content, and other PLM, IT, Data & Analytics, external content partners, and our National Organisations, you will act as a key link in ensuring product information flows seamlessly from source systems through PIM to market-facing channels.

PURPOSE

The PIM & Content Data Specialist manages PLB product data and the systems that carry content to the markets. You keep product attributes complete and correct, run PIM and the feeds to Partner Zone portal and to the markets, and act as the team’s liaison with internal teams.

You also build the team’s first view of content performance, bringing a commercial angle to content decisions, and deputise for the Senior Content Lead on data and IT topics.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather and enrich product attributes in PIM and release attribute-complete products for content creation.
  • Define, document and implement completeness rules per PLB product type in PIM.
  • Run weekly completeness checks and route each gap to its owner (image, text or data).
  • Manage product deletions, status changes and product visibility rules, including SMU logic.
  • Support missing-attribute enrichment and recommend next steps.
  • Own the PIM-to-Partner Zone feed and direct PIM feeds to markets, including seasonal updates.
  • Monitor and resolve feed failures and coordinate fixes with IT and vendors against agreed service levels.

Run monthly meetings with the PLM team on change requests, feed enrichment and bug fixes.
  • Run monthly meetings with PIM on releases and roadmap planning.
  • Document data rules, feed setups, incidents, root causes and prevention measures.

Content Performance & Reporting

  • Set up, together with the Data & Analytics team, a content performance view using market data.
  • Deliver a monthly content readiness summary covering completeness by season and category.
  • Provide data extracts for seasonal planning activities, including PLM sample extracts for shoot planning.
  • Identify trends and anomalies and recommend actions to the Senior Content Lead
